Palace Business Centres is Erie’s premiere business center located in the heart of downtown.

Palace Business Centres provides a total business and support service environment for professionals, companies, or entrepreneurs. Palace Business Centres’ beginnings date back to when Donna Haskins and Thomas Kennedy saw the need for an office business center in downtown Erie. With their combined strengths in business services and real estate/development, they opened their first location, now referred to as Atrium Suites, in January, 1996. Slow but steady growth led to the opening of their second location at the top of Renaissance Centre; know as Crown Suites, late 1999. The two centers offer a total of 84 suites, 9 meeting rooms, and have served hundreds of businesses. In late 2009 these two businesses were combined and now are all operated in the Crown Suites. With a combined 40 suites and 6 guest spaces which include additional offices, board rooms, and a large meeting room that will accommodate 50. The Palace Business Centre is always ready to serve our clients.

Not only are the partners involved in the Erie community, but are active in the office business center industry.
